Arts & Culture at Texas A&M
With over 10,000 art objects and some of the best onstage performances, Texas A&M provides excellent opportunities to experience the arts. On-campus galleries and museums house collections of art and sculpture ranging from American Impressionists to English cameo as well as host a number of traveling exhibits each year. Numerous sculptures, fountains and outdoor art of all types also beautify and add interest to the campus landscape. In addition to on-campus performances from the Academy for the Performing and Visual Arts, the A&M Bands and the Aggie Players, Texas A&M is the crossroads for everything from Broadway shows and the ballet to brown bag concerts and "battles of the bands."
