News & Information Services

News & Information Services is responsible for identifying, preparing and distributing newsworthy information about the university, its faculty, staff and students. Our staff facilitates print and broadcast coverage by developing news and feature stories about innovative activities and interesting people. These stories are provided to the most appropriate media - both print and electronic - at the local, state, national and international levels. Our staff helps determine how to best present your work to the media and succeed in getting positive media coverage. Also, we are the primary point of contact for media seeking information, including assistance in identifying faculty experts on a variety of topics.
