Howdy! We are eager to welcome you to the beautiful campus of Texas A&M University. The Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center, located on the first floor of Rudder Tower, is your front door to the University. We are here to greet you with a warm “Howdy,” a smile and any information you may need to make your visit to A&M a great and memorable experience.
Aggieland is a special, unique place that you should experience first hand. We hope that you come to see our
beautiful campus and take a tour with us to learn about our traditions and become
a part of the Spirit of Aggieland. Join us on a tour of campus or at one of our events designated for prospective students. On this tour, you will learn about the remarkable history and special traditions
that make Texas A&M such an amazing place. If you have special needs, please be sure to mention it to our
staff when you schedule or arrive for your visit. We will make the necessary accommodations to help
make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Several opportunities are available to you during a visit to the
Texas A&M campus, so be sure to let us know your interests so we can customize your visit.

Visitor Center - Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
On weekdays, tours leave every hour on the hour beginning at 9:00 a.m. The last tour leaves at 3:00 p.m. On Saturdays, one campus walking tour is given at noon (please note: Saturday tour times and hours of operation are subject to change on Saturdays of home football games. We will always offer at least one campus walking tour 2 hours prior to game time). There are no tours given on Sundays. When classes are not in session, tour times and academic appointments are limited. Please call to confirm tour and appointment times.
